NiSource Appoints Sondra Barbour and Cassandra Lee to its Board of Directors
January 27, 2022 4:30 PM ESTMERRILLVILLE, Ind., Jan. 27, 2022 /PRNewswire/ --Â NiSource Inc. (NYSE: NI) today announced the appointments of Sondra Barbour and Cassandra Lee to its Board of Directors. Ms. Barbour's appointment is effective immediately and Ms. Lee's appointment is effective February 14, 2022, in conjunction with the retirement of Joe Hamrock. Ms. Barbour and Ms. Lee will stand for election at the Company's upcoming 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
