ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE: FUL) announced today that it has finalized its purchase of Apollo, the United Kingdoms largest independent manufacturer of liquid adhesives, coatings and primers for the roofing, industrial and construction markets.
