WesBanco Announces Fourth Quarter 2021 Financial Results
January 25, 2022 4:15 PM ESTWHEELING, W.Va., Jan. 25, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- WesBanco, Inc. ("WesBanco") (Nasdaq: WSBC), a diversified, multi-state bank holding company, today announced net income and related earnings per share for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2021. Net income available to common shareholders for the fourth quarter of 2021 was $51.6 million, with diluted earnings per share of $0.82, compared to $50.2 million and $0.75 per diluted share, respectively, for the fourth quarter of 2020. For the twelve months ended December 31, 2021, net income was $232.1 million, or $3.53 per diluted share, compared to $119.4 million, or $1.77 per diluted share, for the 2020 period. Net income available...
