Genuine Parts Company Announces Executive Officer Changes

ATLANTA, Jan. 25, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Genuine Parts Company (NYSE: GPC) announced today that Carol Yancey, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Board of Directors of her plan to retire at the end of May 2022, after a distinguished 30-year career with the Company. The Company also announced that Bert Nappier will join as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer-Elect, effective February 28, 2022.
