January 18, 2022 9:16 PM ESTNEW YORK, Jan. 18, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Perella Weinberg Partners (the Company or PWP) (Nasdaq: PWP), a leading global independent advisory firm, today announced the pricing of its public offering of 3,502,033 shares of Class A common stock at a public offering price of $10.75 per share (the Offering).
