Silvergate Prices Public Offering of Class A Common Stock
December 6, 2021 10:49 PM ESTLA JOLLA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Silvergate Capital Corporation (NYSE: SI) (Silvergate or the Company) announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 3,310,344 shares of Class A common stock at a price to the public of $145.00 per share. The Company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 496,551 shares of Class A common stock.
