Silvergate Capital (SI) Prices 3.31M Share Offering at $145/sh
December 7, 2021 5:33 AM ESTSilvergate Capital Corporation (NYSE: SI) announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 3,310,344 shares of Class A common stock at a price to the public of $145.00 per share. The Company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 496,551 shares of Class A common stock.
The aggregate gross proceeds of the offering will be approximately $480.0 million before discounts and expenses.
