December 2, 2021 5:00 PM ESTEsperion (NASDAQ: ESPR), today announced that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, shares of its common stock (or common stock equivalents in lieu thereof) and warrants to purchase shares of common stock in an underwritten public offering.
