8x8 (EGHT) PT Raised to $36 at BTIG on Fuze Deal

BTIG analyst Matthew VanVliet raised the price target on 8x8 (NYSE: EGHT) to $36.00 while maintaining a Buy rating after the company announced it will acquire Fuze (Private) for $250mn in stock and cash ($130mn cash, $120mn stock).
