Hemisphere Media Group, Inc. Announces Offering of Common Stock
November 15, 2021 4:20 PM ESTMIAMI, Nov. 15, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Hemisphere Media Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: HMTV) (the "Company") today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock. In connection with the offering, the Company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 900,000 additional shares of its Class A common stock. The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
