November 9, 2021 8:00 AM ESTKANSAS CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CORR, CORRPrA) ("CorEnergy" or the "Company") today announced financial results for the third quarter, ended September 30, 2021.
Third Quarter 2021 and Recent Highlights
Reported consolidated revenue of $37.0 million for the three months ended September 30, 2021 including a nonrecurring $2.2 million pipeline measurement gain. Average transported crude oil volumes increased 1.6% from second quarter. Declared a third quarter 2021 Common Stock dividend of $0.05 per share and a 7.375% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock dividend of $0.4609375 per depositary share.
