Miller Industries Reports 2021 Third Quarter Results
November 3, 2021 4:15 PM EDTCHATTANOOGA, Tenn., Nov. 3, 2021 /PRNewswire/ --Â Miller Industries, Inc. (NYSE: MLR) (the "Company") today announced financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2021.
For the third quarter of 2021, net sales were $164.7 million, a decrease of 2.2%, compared to $168.4 million for the third quarter of 2020. Net income in the third quarter of 2021 was $3.8 million, or $0.34 per share, a decrease of 41.3%, compared to net income of $6.6 million, or $0.57 per share, in the prior year period.Â
