Eagle Point Income Company (EIC) Announces Proposed Stock Offering, Size Not Disclosed
October 28, 2021 4:12 PM EDTEagle Point Income Company Inc. (NYSE: EIC, EICA) today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of its common stock (the Common Stock). The public offering price and other terms are to be determined by negotiations between the Company and the underwriter. In addition, the Company plans to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of Common Stock on the same terms and conditions to cover over-allotments, if any.
