U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc. Announces Third Quarter 2021 Results
October 29, 2021 6:00 AM EDTKATY, Texas, Oct. 29, 2021 /PRNewswire/ --Â U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SLCA), a diversified industrial minerals company and the leading last-mile logistics provider to the oil and gas industry (the "Company"), today announced a net loss of $20.0 million, or $0.27 per diluted share, for the third quarter ended September 30, 2021. This compared with net income of $26.0 million, or $0.34 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2021 which benefited from a pre-tax customer settlement of $48.9 million.
