Boise Cascade Company Announces 20% Quarterly Dividend Increase and Supplemental Dividend
October 28, 2021 4:05 PM EDTBOISE, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Boise Cascade Companys (Boise Cascade or the Company) (NYSE: BCC) Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, an increase of $0.02 per share or 20%, as well as a supplemental dividend of $3.00 per share, to holders of its common stock. The dividends will be paid on December 15, 2021 to stockholders of record on December 1, 2021.
