Shell acknowledges Third Point LLC investor letter

The Hague, October 27, 2021 Royal Dutch Shell plc (Shell or the Company) notes the Third Quarter 2021 Investor letter published today, 27 October 2021, by Third Point LLC (Third Point).

Shell regularly reviews and evaluates the Companys strategy with a focus on generating shareholder value. As part of this ongoing process, Shell welcomes open dialogue with all shareholders, including Third Point.
