(the Company) (Nasdaq: CNTX), a womens oncology company developing advanced small molecule and immunotherapy treatments to transform care for hormone-driven breast and gynecological cancers, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $5.00 per share, for gross proceeds of $25.0 million, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and offering expenses.
