Bill.com (BILL) Announces $500M Convertible Senior Note Offering

(NYSE: BILL) today announced that it proposes to offer $500 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2027 (the notes), subject to market conditions and other factors. The notes are to be offered and sold in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the Act). September 21, 2021 7:30 AM EDTBill.com Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BILL) (Bill.com) today announced that it proposes to offer pursuant to an underwritten public offering (the offering) $1.0 billion in shares of its common stock (the shares), subject to market conditions and other factors. Bill.com also intends to grant the underwriters of the shares a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $150.0 million in shares.
