Wix Announces Completion of $200 Million Share Repurchase Program

(Nasdaq: WIX), today announced that it has completed the $200 million share repurchase program authorized by the Board of Directors in May 2021. The Company has repurchased 895,136 outstanding Wix ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.6% of total shares outstanding, at an approximate volume-weighted average price per share of $223.41.
