VICI Properties Inc. Announces Public Offering of Common Stock
September 8, 2021 4:02 PM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- VICI Properties Inc. (NYSE: VICI) (VICI Properties or the Company), an experiential asset real estate investment trust, today announced it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 100,000,000 shares of its common stock. The Company expects that it will issue and sell 50,000,000 shares directly to the underwriters at closing and that the underwriters will purchase 50,000,000 shares related to the forward sale agreements described below. The underwriters of the offering also expect to be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 15,000,000 additional shares of the Companys common stock.
