Coty Inc. Announces Proposed Secondary Offering of Class A Common Stock by KKR
September 7, 2021 4:57 PM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Coty Inc. (NYSE: COTY) (Coty) today announced the commencement of a registered public secondary offering of 50,000,000 shares of Cotys outstanding Class A common stock. All of the shares of Class A common stock sold in the offering will be sold by KKR Rainbow Aggregator L.P.
Coty is not selling any shares of Class A common stock and will not receive any proceeds from the proposed offering.
Morgan Stanley is acting as the underwriter for the proposed offering.
