JLL announces acquisition of proptech company Skyline AI

CHICAGO, Aug. 11, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- JLL (NYSE: JLL) today announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire Skyline AI, a leading artificial intelligence (AI) technology company that is transforming commercial real estate (CRE) using proprietary machine learning models to gain a competitive advantage in the origination and analysis of real estate opportunities.
