Chesapeake Utilities Corporation Reports Second Quarter 2021 Results
August 4, 2021 4:45 PM EDTDOVER, Del., Aug. 3, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK) ("Chesapeake Utilities" or the "Company") today announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2021. The Company's net income from continuing operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 was $13.8 million, or $0.78 per share, compared to $10.7 million, or $0.64 per share, for the same quarter of 2020. Net income from continuing operations for the six months ended June 30, 2021 was $48.3 million, or $2.75 per share, compared to $39.7 million, or $2.41 per share, for the same period of 2020.
