Mid-America Apartment (MAA) Announces Offering of 1.1M Shares of Common Stock
August 2, 2021 4:04 PM EDTMid-America Apartment Communities, Inc., ("MAA") (NYSE: MAA) today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 1,100,000 shares of common stock in connection with the forward sale agreements described below.
J.P. Morgan and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as the joint book-running managers for the offering.
