TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cybin Inc. (NEO: CYBN) (OTCQB: CLXPF) (Cybin or the Company), a biotechnology company focused on progressing psychedelic therapeutics, announced today the pricing of its previously announced overnight marketed offering (the Offering) of an aggregate of 8,824,000 common shares in the capital of the Company (the Shares) at a price of $3.40 per Share for total gross proceeds of $30,001,600.
