The Chemours Company Agrees to Sell Mining Solutions Business to Draslovka for $520 Million
July 26, 2021 5:22 PM EDTWILMINGTON, Del., July 26, 2021 /PRNewswire/ --Â The Chemours Company (Chemours) (NYSE: CC), a global chemistry company with leading market positions in Titanium Technologies, Thermal & Specialized Solutions, Advanced Performance Materials, and Chemical Solutions has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Mining Solutions business for $520 million in cash (representing 10 times 2020 Adjusted EBITDA)1 to Draslovka Holding a.s. ("Draslovka"), a Czech-based private company specializing in cyanide production.
