July 26, 2021 4:31 PM EDTLOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / July 26, 2021 / Cinedigm (NASDAQ: CIDM) announced today that on July 20, 2021, it received a notice (the "Notice") from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") indicating that it was no longer in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the "Rule") due to the failure to timely file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2021 (the "Form 10-K") with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
