Instructure (INST) Announces 12.5M Share IPO at $20/sh
July 22, 2021 5:09 AM EDTInstructure Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: INST) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 12,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $20.00. In addition, Instructure has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,875,000 shares of Instructure's common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
