Reliance Steel (RS) Appoints David W. Seeger to its Board

Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. (NYSE: RS) today announced that it has increased the size of its Board of Directors from 10 to 11 members and appointed David W. Seeger, 65, to serve as an independent director. Mr. Seegers term took effect on July 20, 2021 and will expire at the 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
