Signature Bank Announces Upsize and Pricing of Public Stock Offering
July 20, 2021 11:03 PM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Signature Bank (Nasdaq: SBNY), a New York-based full-service commercial bank, announced today the upsize and pricing of its underwritten offering of 2,500,000 shares of common stock at $232 per share. The offering was upsized from the previously announced offering size of 2,100,000 shares of common stock. The Bank has also granted to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 375,000 additional shares of common stock. The Bank intends to use the proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
