Blend Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering

SAN FRANCISCO, July 6, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Blend Labs, Inc. today announced that it has launched the roadshow for the initial public offering of its Class A common stock. Blend is offering 20,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock. The initial public offering price is expected to be between $16.00 and $18.00 per share. The underwriters of the offering will also have a 30-day option to purchase from Blend up to an additional 3,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock. The shares are expected to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "BLND".
