EverCommerce Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
July 1, 2021 12:04 AM EDTDENVER, July 01, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EverCommerce Inc. (EverCommerce), a leading service commerce platform, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 19,117,648 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $17.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on July 1, 2021, under the ticker symbol EVCM. The initial public offering is expected to close on July 6, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
