DiDi Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
June 30, 2021 8:00 AM EDTBEIJING--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- DiDi Global Inc. (DiDi or the Company) (NYSE: DIDI), the worlds leading mobility technology platform, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 316,800,000 American Depositary Shares (ADSs), each four ADSs representing one Class A ordinary share of the Company, at a price to the public of US$14.00 per ADS for a total offering size of US$4.4 billion, assuming the underwriters do not exercise their option to purchase additional ADSs.
