June 29, 2021 4:05 PM EDTRiley Exploration Permian, Inc. (NYSE American: REPX) ("Riley Permian" or the "Company") announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock (the "Offering"). The Company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock sold in the Offering.
