Broadstone Net Lease Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
June 23, 2021 11:39 PM EDTROCHESTER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. (NYSE: BNL), an internally-managed real estate investment trust (BNL, the Company, we, our, or us), announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its Common Stock at a price to the public of $23.00 per share, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The underwriters also have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares of Common Stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
