Ambrx Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
June 17, 2021 11:15 PM UTCSAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ambrx, a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company using an expanded genetic code technology platform to discover and develop Engineered Precision Biologics (EPBs), today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,000,000 American depositary shares (ADSs), each representing seven ordinary shares, at a public offering price of $18.00 per ADS. The total gross proceeds to Ambrx from the offering are expected to be $126.0 million before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses.
