WalkMe Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
June 16, 2021 3:14 AM EDTSAN FRANCISCO, June 16, 2021 /PRNewswire/ --Â WalkMe Ltd. (NASDAQ: WKME), a leading provider of digital adoption solutions, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 9,250,000 ordinary shares at a price to the public of $31.00 per share. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,387,500 ordinary shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts.
