Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. Announces Public Offering Of 6,500,000 Shares Of Common Stock
June 14, 2021 4:05 PM EDTPASADENA, Calif., June 14, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. ("Alexandria" or the "Company") (NYSE: ARE) today announced that it is commencing an underwritten public offering of 6,500,000 shares of the Company's common stock, subject to market conditions, in connection with the forward sale agreements described below. The Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 975,000 additional shares.
RBC Capital Markets, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLCÂ and J.P. Morgan are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
