TaskUs, Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
June 10, 2021 7:40 PM EDTNEW BRAUNFELS, Texas, June 10, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TaskUs, Inc. (TaskUs or the Company) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 13,200,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $23.00 per share. The selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,980,000 shares of Class A common stock. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on June 11, 2021 under the symbol "TASK." The offering is expected to close on June 15, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
