Livent Announces Pricing Of Offering Of 13,000,000 Shares Of Common Stock
June 10, 2021 9:46 PM EDTPHILADELPHIA, June 10, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Livent Corporation (NYSE: LTHM) ("Livent" or the "Company"), today announced that it has priced its underwritten public offering of 13,000,000 shares of its common stock, $0.001 par value ("Common Stock"), at a public offering price of $17.50 per share of Common Stock. In addition, Livent granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,950,000 shares of Common Stock. The offering is expected to close on June 15, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
