Enviva Partners, LP Announces Public Offering of Common Units

BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Enviva Partners, LP (NYSE: EVA) (the Partnership, we, us, or our) today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering (the Offering) of 4,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests. The Partnership expects to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 460,000 common units from the Partnership at the issue price of the Offering.

The Partnership intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering to fund a portion of the aggregate purchase price for the acquisitions of (i) a wood pellet production plant in Lucedale, Mississippi, (ii) a... More
