Danaos Corporation Reports First Quarter Results for the Period Ended March 31, 2021
May 10, 2021 5:29 PM EDTATHENS, Greece--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Danaos Corporation (Danaos) (NYSE: DAC), one of the worlds largest independent owners of containerships, today reported unaudited results for the quarter ended March 31, 2021.
Highlights for the First Quarter Ended March 31, 2021:
Adjusted net income1 of $58.0 million, or $2.83 per share, for the three months ended March 31, 2021 compared to $33.3 million, or $1.34 per share, for the three months ended March 31, 2020, an increase of 74.2%. Operating revenues of $132.1 million for the three months ended March 31, 2021 compared to $106.2 million for the three months ended March 31, 2020, an increase of 24.4%.... More
