Simon Property Group (SPG) Tops Q1 EPS by 40c, Revenues Beat; Raises FY21 EPS Guidance Above Consensus
May 10, 2021 4:12 PM EDTSimon Property Group (NYSE: SPG) reported Q1 EPS of $1.36, $0.40 better than the analyst estimate of $0.96. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.24 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.13 billion.
