April 29, 2021 6:49 PM EDTOXFORD, United Kingdom, April 29, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vaccitech plc (Vaccitech) (Nasdaq: VACC), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company engaged in the discovery and development of novel immunotherapeutics and vaccines for the treatment and prevention of infectious diseases and cancer, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering in the United States of 6,500,000 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) representing 6,500,000 ordinary shares at an initial public offering price of $17.00 per ADS for total gross proceeds of $110.5 million.
