The Hartford (HIG) Reports Q1 EPS of $0.56; Rejects Additional Proposal from Chubb (CB), Raises Buyback

The Hartford (NYSE: HIG) reported Q1 EPS of $0.56, versus $1.34 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.3 billion vs $4.96 last year.
