NETSTREIT Corp. Announces Pricing of Upsized Public Offering of Common Stock
April 7, 2021 7:05 PM UTCDALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- NETSTREIT Corp. (the Company) announced today that it has priced a public offering of 9,491,903 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $18.65 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,423,785 shares of common stock. The offering was upsized from the previously announced public offering of 8,000,000 shares of common stock. The offering is expected to close on April 12, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
