Worthington Reports Third Quarter Fiscal 2021 Results
March 24, 2021 6:45 AM EDTCOLUMBUS, Ohio, March 24, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Worthington Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WOR) today reported net sales of $759.1 million and net earnings of $67.6 million, or $1.27 per diluted share, for its fiscal 2021 third quarter ended February 28, 2021. In the third quarter of fiscal 2020, the Company reported net sales of $764.0 million and net earnings of $15.3 million, or $0.27 per diluted share. Results in both the current and prior year quarter were impacted by several unique items, as summarized in the table below.
