ContraFect Corporation Prices Public Offering of Common Stock
March 17, 2021 11:00 PM UTCYONKERS, N.Y., March 17, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ContraFect Corporation (Nasdaq: CFRX), a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on discovering and developing direct lytic agents for the treatment of life-threatening infectious diseases, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $5.00 per share. ContraFect has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares of its common stock.
