Cadence Reports Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2020 Financial Results
February 22, 2021 4:05 PM ESTSAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cadence Design Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CDNS) today announced results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2020.
Cadence reported 2020 revenue of $2.683 billion, compared to revenue of $2.336 billion for 2019. On a GAAP basis, Cadence achieved operating margin of 24 percent and recognized net income of $591 million, or $2.11 per share on a diluted basis, in 2020, compared to operating margin of 21 percent and net income of $989 million, or $3.53 per share on a diluted basis for 2019.
