February 17, 2021 5:01 PM ESTSpok Holdings (NASDAQ: SPOK) reported Q4 EPS of ($2.44), versus ($2.32) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $37.48 million, versus $39.55 million reported last year.

In most respects, 2020 was the most challenging year in our history from both a management and operational perspective, said Vincent D. Kelly, president and chief executive officer.
